SALON POLICIES

NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION

We love our stylists and we know you do too! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our stylists and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our stylists' time as much as yours.

Due to this policy, should you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice or no show to your appointment; 50% of your missed appointment will be required to book any future appointments at Pearl+Honey Salon

*If you cannot get through to our Guest Coordinator, please leave a message or send an email to pearlandhoneysalon@gmail.com that you would like to reschedule your appointment and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

LATENESS

We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running late by 15 minutes or more according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled or modified. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as possible. Please let us know if you're going to be late.

HAIRCUT AND COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and strive to ensure every guest who leaves Pearl and Honey Salon is 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please note that Pearl + Honey Salon does not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircuts or color.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON

As a community focused salon, Pearl + Honey welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children ages 6 and under are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child, age 6 or under, to the salon during the parents' service, the service will need to be rescheduled to a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.

In the case of a child coming in to receive a service, to ensure the safety of the child and guests at Pearl + Honey Salon, we will refuse service if a child will not sit still for a haircut. The liability is too great for Pearl + Honey to assume responsibility for children in an environment that has many dangers present for children.

PARKING

As parking can sometimes become an issue in the heart of midtown, we like to remind our guests that parking is available in the Drip Drop Fitness parking lot and as well on the side of 3rd ave. Please note that sometimes Drip Drop Fitness does hold large classes and parking does become limited. It may be best to arrive a little early to get a parking spot.

ANIMALS AND PETS IN THE SALON

The only animals permitted in Pearl + Honey Salon's premises are approved service dogs. Law of the Florida State Board of Cosmetology permits no other animals within the salon. We can't allow them inside, and we don't want you to leave them in the car, so please leave them at home.
